Does what is says on the tin. For the amateur diy person these are great value

Will it cut the pipe - YesWill it cut the pipe straight - NopeI ended up going back to using a saw to cut the 1/2" PVC pipe

Does the job but a little difficult to reset blade each time..

Fab for 15mm not good for 40mm waste pipe, it just crushed it,

Ok with 15mm plastic pipe, but wouldn't cut through 32mm waste pipe had to resort to a hacksaw for that

Terrible

It is fine for smaller diameters, but trying to cut 32mm PVC it just couldn't ratchet unless you realign the pipe every squeeze. This left quite a messy cut. Cannot recommend.

Poor quality ratchet mechanism broken on arrival spring fell out of packet tried to use cutter anyway but found blades about as sharp as my grans old dentures. I have since been to DIY store spent bit more money and bought a proper pair that actually spring open until ratchet is engaged and are capable of cutting PVC pipe
