Q: How does the filter work for ground coffee? My Keurig filter leaves a residue at the bottom to the cup.

I tried using a small paper filter and ground coffee, and it was a messy disaster, and so inconvenient to dump the wet grounds from the filter. I've gone back to using WalMart pods.

Q: How can I get ice coffee from the machine? It’s coming out hot

This is not the machine I have. Mine has a water reservoir on the left side, and is intended to brew hot coffee, which it does beautifully. When I want iced coffee, I choose the smallest cup setting, and fill my cup with ice, then brew. Have to add more cubes after brewing. either read up more closely on your machine and if you find it is defective, return it.
