Bought for my daughter, she loves it, good quality build, an improvement would be more cones as you can guess my toddler misplaces the 2 it comes with regularly! Been in use a few weeks, base unit is very sturdy, toddler plays with it loads, loves roleplaying and handing out ice creams. Comes with a little menu along with 2 cones, lots of ice-cream tops and various flavours.

Super gift. Bought one for each of my granddaughters. A year on and it’s still played with. Very good quality. Hours of fun!

Our 3 year old daughter absolutely loves this icecream counter! She plays with it many times every day. She loves getting everyone to order and pay for icecreams and then she proudly serves them up. She can easily operate the scoop to build some tall icecreams! Every part of the set is robust and fantastic quality. It will definitely stand up well to some heavy and frequent use! The other great thing about it is that it doesn't take up much room and can be put in different places to fit in with any set up or configuration of role play toys. This is handy for our daughters who are always setting up a new cafe, shop or market! Our 7 year old enjoys playing with this too, so it definitely will serve our 3 yr old well for years to come! Highly recommended.

I've always loved Melissa and Doug toys because they are educational, fun and worth the value of your money due to its durability - I've always preferred wooden toys over plastic ones. When I opened the box, I was impressed as the ice cream counter is well-made and very sturdy. Age-appropriate for 3+ year old (although younger ones can also still enjoy it with caution on the small parts) and helps develop creativity and fine-motor coordination. It encourages imaginative play among kids and enhances social skills while they do role-play. Price is a bit higher compared to other brands but I got it during Black Friday sale on 50% off so it's definitely a win. A great toddler gift idea.

We love this set. It is such a good representation of a real situation - do not touch with your hand, follow what the customer is asking, provide options, set the price, count- and compact enough to carry around and ask family members. The pieces are very high quality and well made. Only few issues why I don't give 5 stars, although I would give 4.5 if I could. The whipped cream whit cherry topping cannot be grabbed by the tongues easily. It is solid wood why the other toppings are plastic. The toppings in general need some help by bare hands to be inserted. Some of the ice creams -all solid wood- are extremely similar. White with brown spots or white with 2 shades of brown spots, etc. While the target audience cannot read yet, it could be handy to have consensus of what they are. On the other hand it is a good conversation starter "could you tell my what fresh choices you have today?", but we do not go to ice cream shop offten enough for her to know all choices, especially because she always asks for chocolate. Otherwise, one of the big Christmas favorites.

Adquirí el producto con descuento, esperaba que las piezas en su totalidad fueran de madera, pero no, únicamente los conos son de madera y la orilla de las cucharas, las bolas de helado son de plástico, no creo que duren demasiado pero por lo que pague está bien. La cajita es de plástico.
