Always wear gloves as the handles obviously get hot. They are great for fried eggs and I look forward to using them on something that needs to go from hob to oven.You do need to keep them oiled to prevent rust after washing. On the other hand you don't need to wash them often just wipe them clean.Lovely little pans. Very pleased with them.

I bought these pans to cook on gel burners, when entertaining outdoors. Instead of using a barbecue your meat and veg are cooked in flavoured oils, in the pans and everybody cooks their own. It's more engaging than having to wait for someone else to cook for you. The pans are the right size and weight and they do an excellent job and they'll last for years.

Do not buy. Look at 1 star reviews. These immediately rusted after I washed them on delivery. Others have experienced the same. The thing is, I only noticed rust when I looked at tea towel after drying. I would say there are many users out there who are using them and slowly poisoning themselves. These should be withdrawn from amazon

I love these little skillets, I brought them to use in my wood fired oven!! They work a treat, and are as cute as!!!! Perfect for making individual starters.

Came today and wanted to try it out, my first reaction was ' oh this is very small' but made 3 ingredients brownie. Made and cooked in 20 minutes. They are actually a perfect size. One person puds or savoury.. non stick and solid.. love them. Wish I'd got them sooner..
