This one got's the meat!
This is a nice thick spatula. I use it to flatten out my smash burgers (using the scraper to press down on it), no bend...at all. Blackstone clearly builds quality products and this one is not different. Easy buy.

The media could not be loaded. Blackstone Hamburger Large Stainless Steel Spatula. This is an excellent Stainless steel for cooking smash burger on your flat top griddle. The paddle is 5 1/2 inches wide by 6 1/2 inches long. It is made of quality stainless steel. The spatula is ridgely shaped to provide heavy downward pressure. Easy clean-up with dish washing soap and warm water.

It's BIG! Really BIG!!
I don't usually write a review until I've used the purchased item for at least a month. So, since this was just delivered literally 5 minutes ago I cannot speak to durability. I can say it seems very sturdy, and I do have quite a few Blackstone accoutrement which are all of good quality so I expect nothing less of this.BUT IT IS BIG!!! Of course I read the specs and knew what I was buying, but wow, it's big. If you're using this for nearly any outdoor cooker you will have no problems. If you're going to use it in a cast iron or carbon steel skillet, I would say you're skillet is going to need to be 10-12" otherwise shop for a smaller spatula - did I mention it's big??? I do recommend :)
