This machine is pretty simple to set up and get started the same day. If you need help Customer Service is great and they respond swiftly. I have had pretty good success with the designs i have attempted so far. I’m enjoying using this machine.

The media could not be loaded. I’m still making payments with affirm and suddenly machine is inoperable. Terrible support. I need new bobbin housing. Now 2 years of payment I paid double to finance. Never choose this machine always a testie operation and now no function! DO NOT BUY THIS

My machine arrived 2 days earlier than originally planned. I was pretty worried about damage when I picked it up from the Post Office. There was a huge gouge in the outside shipping box. The machine it's self was packed well in it's own box but inside the outside box it had a good 6 inches of space to slam around in the box. There was only one small piece of brown packing paper for cushion. By the gouge in the side of the box and how it was packed. I am surprised it even worked when I got it home. But the packing inside the box with the machine kept it safe and even with the Styrofoam inside the box being broken up the machine was safe. I had an issue with one of the hoops and Poolin shipped out a replacement immediately. I have been able to spend some time testing it and am in absolute love with this machine. The customer service has been beyond amazing- as soon as my machine arrived a team was put together to answer questions and help with anything needed to master it they are just a message away. They have checked in to see how things are going and have sent videos on how to correct the minor issues I am having with perfecting my projects. BEST after sale service I have ever had on anything I have purchased! Super easy machine to set up, easy to navigate and was sewing with in just a few minutes out of the box. It came with several spools of thread, a thread rack and several other accessories. I have no doubt I am going to be able to master this with the help of customer service helping along the way. My picture is the very first test using colors. HIGHLY recommend!

Good value for money, seems to be machined well. Only issue i had was nesting of bobbins due to tension issues, and losing a nut on one of my frames. POOLIN was nice enough to mail me a spare screw and nut at no cost when I reached out to ask what size nut it was so I could repurchase a new one.Was able to fix bobbin issue by replacing and rewinding a new one.
