I’ve been using these to train for a Ironman and they’re awesome! They work great and they’re super easy to put on and adjust. They’ve been great at really emphasizing the good and the bad strokes while swimming to help me see what to do more of and less of. Totally recommend!

My son needed this for swim practice, and he says they work great. They are comfortable, easy to adjust, and easy to put on. Good value, and they seem to be holding up well. He wanted this one, because his teammates had them... even though there were others that were cheaper.

These paddles have really upped my swim workout! They really work great! They improve your stroke thurst when you don’t use them and the ensure proper hand positioning on your forward arm position. I do at least 1000 meters with them on!

They are ok, but I recommend getting a smaller size.
