2 x Silverhook SGAC4 Air-Con Bomb Automatic Air Conditioning Cleaner 150 milliliter

Air-Con in our Jaguar XF had an unpleasant odour until i used this Bomb , easy to use with clear instructions , using the car for a couple of days after using this product the Air-Con in our car was odourless and fresh,

Great product at an excellent price. No next-day chemical smell, like some air-con cleaners. I used both cans, as I have a 2005 730d, so old air-con, and large volume of air. I read the instructions carefully, and it worked like a dream.

I had high hopes because of the positive reviews when so many other air con cleaners receive poor reviews, I followed the instructions to the letter and seemed to be very effective, the odour in the air con seemed to be removed replaced with a clean fresh smell, however this only seemed to last a day or two then the odour was back as before, I ran the second can through which should have been overkill but exactly the same thing happened. I don’t doubt it does something but not enough to kill every last bit of bad smell so it just comes back, I think the only way to truly clean an aircon unit is to flush out the condenser but I am no expert.

Apart from struggling to get the plastic clip to stay down, the continuous spray was all of 30 seconds! Not enough time to get through the air con system and left no lingering smell. Total waste of time and money.

Easy to use Start vehicle up put air con on coldest temp put on Recirculation mode to feet / Shake can well press button on Ac Can until it locks place in rear footwear get out of vehicle. Stay with vehicle for approx 10 until can empties .. Kills the nasties in ac system. For best results change pollen filters prior to using Ac cleaner

Used this on our 5 year old Kia Picanto . Difficult to monitor , but the car Cabin felt fresher , my wife has a " wheezy" chest , so it is good to think the cabin air distribution system has had lurking bacteria disarmed. The application was trouble free., and hopefully the Car Cabin is a Safer space to be in. Have another vehicle , was considering using the second can on this , but now have concerns this product could damage the new Air Con Cabin Filter.

Very easy to use and the car smelt nice and fresh although thus only lasted a couple of days. I can't comment on if it sanitised the a/c system and you can't see inside so you just have to trust the product information.
