We have used this product for many many years, purchasing it direct from the manufacture before they were purchased by another company, which did not sell direct. Since then we have purchased hundreds of tubes, I'm sorry to say in the last year, the quality has declined. The original used to state for Arthritis and was a cream. Today it states for pain and is like a lotion. The prices are increasing and the product is not as good. I have had conversations with Pharmapack, their people say they do not have any control of the manufacture of the items they ship. I have had great service from Pharmapack on all their deliveries.
