How can I put this delicately?I am a man of a certain age, and at this age, it's not uncommon for things to not work the way they used to. I've been taking these (3 capsules a day) for the past couple of months, and there was enough of a noticeable difference that I've reordered these twice. What kind of effects did I experience? The first thing I noticed was better control of my urine; no more leaks. Second, the amount of donut glaze produced during play time increased, heightening my enjoyment of the big moment. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but I don't care.

This is a great company with other products, so I am testing it now. Like all tests, it must be consistent and thorough. But, I do see improvement in flow of emptying my bladder and full removal of all urine. I believe it will work over much more expensive supplements of pumpkin seed and palmetto, etc. it’s less than a dollar per day and I’m sleeping all night without restroom visits!

I read a lot of the reviews that were negative about the pill shell and they are correct. It stinks, tastes like crap and even has a nasty after taste that you burp up. It just had all the supplements in one pill so I thought I'd give it a go. I went alright. This product caused me major GI distress. Gut wrenching runs you know the "Choros!" I'm positive this was the cause because I stopped taking it and the issue stopped. Then I took again in a lower dose, same problem only not as bad. So I stopped taking it. Just to be triple sure, I waited a week, then tried it again at the recommended dosage and sure enough I got the worst gut wrenching runs ever. Nope, this is not a good product and I'm not sure it is safe. It's definitely not safe for me.
