Not the best conditions for fresh seafood

The item I received were half crabs, not whole as implied in the image. Most were missing limbs or with damaged claws and when the item was delivered it was just left on the doorstep in the sun (not the best conditions for fresh seafood). I was home at the time, so a simple knock at the door to let me know they had arrived would have taken little effort. The box was also soaked and leaking water.
