This was easy for my friend to put into my front apt door. You should have someone who knows how to install this, although it seemed straightforward . Looks good with the "brushed gold" color as it is a good "blended color contrast" to the bright brass door hardware I have.

just received it and it looks great. feels very well constructed. I had to drill a bigger hole in my door as the original peephole was a little smaller. the paint that they use is not that good as it came off very easily after I tried to tighten the screw. other than that, it looks good and works well.

I wish they would have just said it would be 2 weeks as I was worried it was lost.

I recently installed the Sumnacon Safety Door Viewer in my front door, and it has been a great addition to my home security! The solid brass construction ensures durability and a high-quality feel. Installation was straightforward, and the clear optics offer a sharp and bright view. It's a perfect peephole for any home, office, or hotel where security and privacy are important.

This is bigger than I thought but is good value for money. It's good quality and the lens is glass. To install you need a 1cm drill bit and a 28mm drill bit. Drill the 1cm pilot hole first. Then use the 28mm drill from both sides of the door, meeting in the middle. This will stop surface tearing of your door as the drill comes through. Use a little Vaseline between the door and the outside lens to seal it against moisture entry.
