I've had a different machines before, this one is exceptional, I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend this machine. If your not a professional you should be very careful and start out on low settings and work your way up. You can find video demonstrations on the internet. Some can be very helpful. This is a very highly technical piece of beauty equipment. I had to go to YouTube to know how to set it up and use it. The printed directions are not good. The product though , is wonderful.
