It's NOT PERFECT only if you're not knowledgeable
As with any product that you use, you need to know how to use it. If you get bad results that's because of you using it wrong and incorrectly, it's got nothing to do with the product. This is bleach- if you have dark hair and you use ANY bleach 100% chance you're going to end up with orange/yellow tones in your hair. You need to have the correct understanding and knowledge before using products like this instead of leaving bad reviews. For anyone that is wanting to buy this product- it's bleach powder only, you need to buy the peroxide separately and it does do exactly what it's meant to, lift you hair levels. If used correctly you will achieve your dream hair. Watch videos, tutorials, ask professionals for advice and good luck

does not destroy hair like other brands
I have been using this product for a long time. it has an affordable price, it has concrete instructions specified. the powder is perfectly compartmentalized individually with the exact weight for each bottle of peroxide cream. simple: 1 sachet of powder to a bottle. I bought 12% volume peroxide because I have dark brown hair. I used a single envelope with a single bottle to discolor my tips. easy to use at home. for complete discoloration I recommend buying extra peroxide cream depending on the size and volume of each person. My hair stayed just as healthy with the use of this product. I mention that in the past I had my hair destroyed from other hair bleaching companies. Recommended! is a good product at a good price.

Easy blonde
Brunette to blonde. Easy to use. No foul smell or poor quality like others at twice the price. Wouldn’t use anything else now.

You will need to buy more peroxide.
This is a good product, however, you get 4 packets of bleach powder and only 1 bottle of peroxide, and you need 1 bottle to 1 packet, so I had to perchase more, but I only needed 2 of each, so still have enough to do my hair again (I did full head of hi-lites). It's also 40vol,which I didn't realise and that is not good for your hair at all. I only left it on for 20-25mins and it lifted my hair to almost white blonde. But I'm very happy with the end results.

stunning blonde colour
This product is amazing for anyone with fair to dark blonde hair. I have been using this myself through a cap with hook or just doing random highlights on my hair in foil. Please dont think the effect will be good if you have medium brown hair or darker - it will only turn out orange - go to a hairdresser if you are naturally dark. But I love it!!!!!!!!

Too thick
The bleach is way to thick to cover hair evenly. I used 1 bottle of peroxide to 1 sachet exactly as directed and the mixture was soo thick, the consistency was like cold porridge. I sectioned my hair very well too but still ended up with patches unbleached and used 4x sachets and 4x peroxide just for shoulder length hair. It's probably OK for very very shortly hair or just highlights.

worked great!
Just a bit of advice, you need 4 bottles of developer per box of bleach as there are 4 packs of bleach powder in each box and its a 1:1 ratio. It might just have been me but i assumed one bottle of developer would require the whole box but it doesnt haha. Product worked great on my fairly dark hair.
