Very bad buy
Very bad.had got for my ailing mother who is in her last stages of cancer and her ear hurts due to loss of muscle mass.size is so small that you can't fit a head.worst product.

It is as it’s described, arrived promptly and in vacuum sealed bag. But hole circumference is small and easy to bump ear-defeating the purpose…additionally pillow is very stiff. I found it very uncomfortable to sleep on

Soft, good size. Take stuffing out to adjust to the right firmness. I enjoy how small yet functional it is! Great for fresh ear piercings.

I miss sleeping on my left side, this pillow definitely helps. I wish I could remove the cover to wash it, but I have put the entire pillow in the washing machine a few times so far and its still in one piece.
