what is the color coding of gauges.

These have colored "ball" ends. There's a description on the package. I thought it was very easy to figure out.

never used these. How high can I tune them? 10's I can kinda tune low e to f. Never tried 9's!

These are 7's super light and easy on the fingers for bends. If you are use to 10's the 9's would be the best for you.

Is there a way to just get a pack of 20 high e 007s?

Try contacting the seller. I haven’t broken an E in many years. You are playing too hard, or overtuning
