The product is expensive, but for a reason. I had tried the resealable stickers for the OG pods but I always had issues with leaks, tearing, it takes a lot of time to refill them nicely and even then, sometimes it just wouldn't work. This metal pods fit perfectly and are the right size to get a cup of coffee right away and there's no need to be super methodical with how you refill it as long as it closes, you are good. I just need to save a couple of OG pods and that's it. No more stupid stickers, cleaning, drying etc... I have two pods and keep one clean all the time for the next day.

Bought this because it said it worked with the Vertuo NEXT. By itself it does not! But I took the foil off of one of the capsules I had and rinsed it out and placed this product inside it and it spaced correctly and brewed the coffee. I will point out though that the added durability that the metal provides is offset a little by it getting very hot when you brew making it very unpleasant to clean for a second up unless you let it cool. The threads to screw the halves together are pretty precise as well.

The cup works as stated. However, it holds only sufficient grounds for a 5 oz cup of coffee. If that is what you are looking for, it’s great.

Purchased as a hopeful solution to our new machine we got for Christmas and returned after less that 24 hours in hand.First, the box doesn’t come with any particular instructions, so for all I know, I didn’t use it correctly.It shouldn’t be hard to figure out, so assuming I did use correctly, the pod was easy enough to fill. You need to reuse an old/used Nespresso pod btw, which I knew going in.I used it twice, and both times created an an error blinking light on my machine, (blinking twice for dirty machine)Remember, the machine is 3 days old in our home at this point. So what ever these reusable pods are doing, it’s clogging up the machine, causing a 10 minute clean cycle to be called for.Bummer, I was really excited to make this work.

We have been wanting to switch to organic coffee but nespresso doesn’t have a mild roast in the size pod we use. This works great. It can be a little hard to clean out since the coffee grounds don’t want to come out and we always make 2 in a row but that is true of coffee grounds in general.
