I have been using this supplement for a while. I like that it contains lots of good herbs included in one easy to take capsule.

It works and at a good price!

Good product

If you're looking for instant relief, this is not a laxative. It is a long term gut health product that heals with the power of grape seed extract and green tea extract. It took about 2 weeks to get the results I was hoping for and now taking 2 capsules every evening has become a routine for better gut health. Be patient. It works.

Not sure if this did anything. As per other users, it does have a distinctive odor. The biggest concern is that Berberine is listed at the equivalent of 3,000 mg. The max recommended daily dosage of berberine is three times 500 mg, or 1500 total per day. Same with Quecertin, it states equivalent to 4000 mg, however the max daily recommended dosage is between 500 to 1000 mg. That may be part of the issue that many people are having, is that some of these concentrations are just too high for daily use. Since the recommended dosage is two capsules per day you may want to consider cutting back to one capsule a day. I'm not a doctor and these are just my opinions.

This supplement does the job I bought it for. It keeps the digestive system moving and was 100% approved by my Primary Care Physician.

Like other reviewers, I too saw a video for a more expensive product. Research lead me to this. I have been taking it for only a week and it works! Now I only poop in the morning and the consistency of my poop is much better. I no longer run to the bathroom. The bloated feeling is gone and I don’t have an upset stomach after eating. I am amazed at my results in only the first week. I hope you have the same results.
