What do you want most with a cup of chai? The taste of spices or dried UHT milk? The company is being over frugal with spices, and add this is not chai, this is cinnamon flavor Chai. Chai Masala tastes of anise, cardamon, etc, but this just dried UHT milk with very faintly tastes of cinnamon.

not much more to say other than that. Disappointed I didn't realize this. Shouldn't need dairy at all.

Compared to other instant teas this one by Chaayos clearly falls short. The cinnamon flavor dominates and is just too strong !
