Excellent strong and versatile straps
Bought these to secure items to roof bars and have found them to be very useful. They are strong and secure, and a good length. The ratchet mechanism is easy to use. Overall a quality set of adjustable straps.

Value for money
I purchased these ratchet straps mainly for holding items on my roof bars. I have use nylon cord in the past but it’s very time consuming, these will speed up the securing process. They have a positive ratchet which is easy to use and the straps are well made. They can apply quite a bit of force via the ratchet - take care when fixing softer items like soft woods. They even come with a storage bag which keeps them tidy and makes it easy to store. I do a little bit of woodworking and I can use these straps to hold things together while the glue sets, instead of the heavy metal clamps. Excellent clamps and good value for money.

Good straps
Easy to use and strong but could do with the separate anchor to connect too

Great set of straps
Ii purchased a set of these under the cloud of the threat of storm Ciaran which battered the UK in October 23. The idea was to tie down all my patio stuff that was likely to take flight, tip over or simply perish in high winds. I have a tarpaulin that I normally use for this sort of thing and have basically weighed it down under the weight of the furniture it is protecting. This approach has been hit and miss and there have been times when the "miss" has been bad and it simply has not been good enough when the winds have taken it up a notch. I was able to change the outlook and dynamic of that whole picture with a set of these straps. There are several positives to speak of: 1 - They were the right width to thread through the eyelets of my tarpaulin, stitching everything together 2 - They can be extended by simply threading the end of one in another's ratchet 3 - The ratchet works well and gave a tight grip 4 - I was able to strap some empty plastic barrels to the fence (with dedicated hoops mounted on the fence posts) 5 - I got a free set of straps from the vendor which was an amazing surprise Fair to say I was thoroughly pleased with these and will undoubtedly be buying more as soon as I can vouch for their longevity which I am pretty confident about. Great product! Great Customer Service!

Fabulous - just the job
My tree took a bit of a beating in the recent winds, and needed a bit of support. I'd previously tried to tie it to a post using rope, but it's so hard to get the tension right. I looked up ratchet straps and came across these. I wasn't really sure what strength I needed, but these are just the ticket. Easy to use, strong, and seem well made. Love that you get 4 too, and the length of strap is great. I was going to cut to size, but decided to just wind it round the ratchet, so I can remove and use elsewhere in the future. ONLY THING THAT WOULD MAKE THIS PURCHASE BETTER is to have clearer instructions on how to use. We had to look at a video on YouTube to figure them out! Now I wonder why I didn't have straps with ratchets my whole life... I can see so many uses for these!!! Very happy, so thought I would let others know!!

Good domestic straps
Great ratchet straps. Not for heavy use but perfect for strapping luggage on roof bars. Would buy again.

I had bought a clip on car rack for my car roof to transport 3 large aluminum screen frames, but after mounting them I did not feel confident that the wind wouldn't lift it off, because the roof rack clamping system was not at all absolute. So I decided to buy these set of 4 Bison ratchet straps (which are 20' each) ...and to then wrap the ratchet straps around the load and also feed it around the car roof itself including through inside the car (with all the car doors open while doing it) ..and then ratchet everything snug. Closing the car doors on the fabric ratchet straps was no problem since the doors have thick rubber around them, great. Anyway, these straps worked perfectly! I felt very confident the screen frames, and including the roof rack itself, were now 100% secure to the car. You even get a little card with them that if you send them a picture of how you used it, they would send you for free a smaller 8' pair of buckle Bison Tension Belts.

These are ENDLESS. Therefore, when you are using these in a shortened mode you have a lot of webbing left to deal with. They work better than traditional ratchet tie downs in so applications. These are very well made. Since I already have several traditional style ratchet tie down this was a good purchase for me.

Good to know that these do not have the hooks on them that you might expect out of a lot of ratchet straps. It’s just a strap itself and the ratchet mechanism. I was disappointed at first but then pleased after I use them because it’s so much easier to pack them back up is just a strap without those clunky hooks and instead of a hook you just have extra length of strap that you can use to get all the way around the thing you’re strapping.
