Bad packaging

I received the product broken inside. Besides product is so good. I loved it even before.I was too exited …I am afraid to order it again.They have to pack it better. Literally it was in kind of envelope. This product needs bubble wrap and pack shouldn’t be bigger than the product.Basically the product is so delicate. It needs proper packaging.
