This is the cutest birthday card. I bought it for my Chi's 13th birthday. The insde pop up is really cute but cut so thin that it will tear easily so you have to be careful with it. I find the pop up paper to be on the thin side & was a bit hard to keep the graphics popped up for the 3-D look. But it's really cute & does the job. I think the quality of the paper could be better & stronger for a pop up card. One of the balloons is partially torn as well making the balloon limp over. It served it's purpose.
