Excellent product that I have been wearing daily for instant relief.

I injured my lower back early this year, thought I was better only for my back to give out again. I was in a lot of pain and concerned that I should get some back support so this didn't happen again. I had no experience about these back braces so picked a simple one which uses a velcro fastening. I have found it to be a tremendous help in giving me confidence that my back is supported while keeping the muscles warm and although my back has now improved am still wearing it during the day. The velcro is very strong and still makes a firm closure and feel I can recommend this brace for average back injuries which affect muscles. Not in a position to say if this would work on bone damage etc. This is recommended for men and women, but in my view it would only fit a man of very slight build or a teenage boy as most men in this country are of heavier build and it wouldn't be long enough. Bought this this to help my back pain and found it to ve very comfortable and warming to wear. Didn't make my back sweaty like some neoprene supports can. Really helped and went from being in agony every step to being pain free 3 days later. Expensive but well worth the money

Not brilliant as it rolls down

Found this a life saver after my back started was painful . I was able to walk around without too much discomfort and ease . It warmed the area and was not uncomfortable to wear . Would happily recommend
