Well made product
I have now had a full weekend with this gear shifter 7+r and for the most part more than happy with it, it’s of solid construction and provides great options for rally, gt and any other class you want to race in. You get a great clunk when you change gear and feel that you truly are in gear. Now with any product there are always a couple of things that will either annoy you or not quite right. If your coming from a Logitech and used to the quiet gear shifting and play at 2 in the morning be prepared to wake the house up this shifts like a race car and sounds like it to. If your coming from a 6+r to a 7+r the shift between 4th and 5th will be a learning curve especially if your using VR but after an hour or two your muscle memory will kick in. Sequential shifts are perfect with a positive clunk as you shift up and down the gears and is the best option for late night gaming as it’s not as loud. For me these are just annoying and certainly not a deal breaker. Solid build and setup nearly as soon as you plugged it in. 8 out of 10 for me.

Siff
My main problem with this shifter isi, it is very stiff (spring loading?) fore and aft but OK side to side. I wonder if this strong spring force fore/aft is to make the sequencial shifter operation work better
