I am a firm believer in these things. They are the second style I’ve tried and I think they’re pretty comfortable and have a sizable impact on my sleep quality.

Worked for a couple of weeks...then it stopped. My husband says it doesn't work! This is an overpriced gimmick, buyer beware.

I ordered the small. I have a deviated septum, but it was easy to insert and comfortable for about 20 minutes before I started feeling pressure in my left nostril and had to take it out. The increased air flow was surprising. I didn’t realize how restricted my breathing was until I tried this product. I felt an increase of oxygen from 25% to 100%. If I can get use to wearing it for longer periods I will be able to sleep through the night with good air flow.

Uncomfortable. The product fit as per the instructions provided, but the product was not effective.

I wouldn't consider myself as having a very small nose especially proportionally to my face but this thing is way too big to fit like the picture. If I was to insert it all the way into my nose it would just clog it. Luckily it still works pretty well despite being halfway inserted and is definitely more comfortable than I expected but I do think it could be better.
