Great knick knack patty wack

We purchased these for nieces. Arrived in a plan brown bag with no padding. Very poorly packaged. The nesting dolls themselves were painted well but no varnish or other protective finish had been applied. I had expected the seller to make some modest effort to protect these dolls before putting them into the mail system. We were lucky they were not damaged.

Bottom of outer doll -wood rough finished. Paint smeared. So called “ Russian Doll” made in Chinois. Depending on your level of taste it may be acceptable.

In person just amazing and hard to find a set with so many sizes and just a joy to have. Worth much more than sold for!

Really pretty, but the quality is not the best. They don’t close properly, the first three are lose, and the rest won’t close when there is another one inside. The quality isn’t worth the money.

Really like that its hand painted but its rough like it wasn't sanded prior to painting and there is no protective coating like varnish or polyurethane. I would do it myself but I don’t know if the paint is oil based or water based. The bottom is extreme course wood. I hoped for higher quality for an heirloom type of toy.

Son muy bonitas, están bien hechas a un nivel de detalle muy alto y vienen perfectamente embaladas. Además son 10!! Muy contenta con la compra.
