Q: is this organic? How is it made?

Zimmermann Bamboo Fiber is pure fiber of plant origin and is produced in Germany. It originates from the stem (botanical immature shoots) of Bamboo plants (Genus: Dendrocalamus asper / Dendrocalamus latiflorus / Sinocalamus oldhamii) grown in South-, East- and South-East-Asia. Produced through careful cleaning, drying and the finest grinding. It is not from organic agriculture.

Q: Where can I get them in Australia?

I would say check Google. That's what I do when I look for things that I don't know where I might find them. I'm in the US and I ordered it on Amazon when Victoria from Victoria's keto kitchen first mentioned it.

Q: What is the expiration date of the product? After opening, what is the shelf life?

Best before date is printed on a small label on the back. After opening and stored under dry and cool conditions (not in the fridge!) shelf life is like regular flour.
