I really like these and they are great to fidget with. It did come with 2 of these, just thought I should clarify since other reviews made it unclear. They are great for grab and go especially since they are keychains. And the noise is nice too, not too loud or quiet.

I'm a late-diagnosed Autistic adult. I also have Dermatillomania and have been picking for over 25 years now. I've searched and tried SO many fidget toys to try and reduce my picking, and have had no luck. Most of them just don't scratch the same itch for me, and things like the picking stone I've seen others use are out of the question because I have trypophobia.Enter this little fidget! I was afraid this wouldn't work for me because I've not had luck with other silicone bumpy fidgets, but I honestly feel like this one is so much different than the others I've tried. It actually satisfies that part in my brain that compells me to pick! The keychain bit is a great addition too. I usually put the ring around a finger, to give me a better grip and so that I can drop it quickly to use both hands without it getting lost, but since these came in a two pack I have a backup on my keyring as well. I was worried it would be too small since I have much bigger hands than the target audience, but it's the perfect size! It's feels a lot more durable than I was expecting too, I don't have any concerns about the blue part breaking off from the chain or the silicone splitting.For the first time in my life, I was able to make it through a loud and overstimulating concert with my cuticles still totally in tact. I am completely sold on these things and will be a repeat customer once my current ones wear out. I really can't speak highly enough about them!!(I'd love to see them in other applications as well, like maybe on a sticker for use like Calm Strips, or I'd like to see other colors!)

This seems likea very nice fidget, but why it is 15 dollars for a piece of silicone with bumps on it??

I love having these!! The material used is perfect and the bumps don't hurt my fingers. I also like how it's different depending on the direction. Very satisfying fidget and I can finally stop looking for something that works.

I got the 2 pack of this so it came with 2 of the fidgets (one is on my keys and the other I keep at home.) Honestly it's definitely one of my favorites. It is a rougher fidget which I enjoy. I included a photo to help describe it better. When you rub your finger upwards away from the keychain it's "soft" and when you run your finger downward against it towards the keychain part it's "rougher". For myself personally it's not overwhelmingly rough to the point of it being painful. It's simply rough enough to keep me stimulated. If you enjoy or are looking for a bit of a rougher stim fidget I would suggest this. It is relatively quiet and I do feel as though you could fidget with it in most places. Unfortunately I can't think of a noise comparison at this time other than a thicker sound that those stretchy long unicorn fidgets make. Which is still quiet in my opinion.Overall 10/10 this fidget fit my stim/fidgeting needs. Would recommend if you also enjoy rough fidgets.

haven’t tried using them yet, but when i’m anxious/bored i pick at the skin around my fingers and my nails, so hopefully these will help! they seem like they will though :)

The media could not be loaded. This keychain is great for fidgeting and helps so much with my urge to skin pick. I love rubbing my finger opposite of the nubs, it makes a great sound. If you’re looking for good texture and tactile I would recommend recommend this!

This is just soft silicone, no texture.Rub it on one no texture,rub the other way,it makes a awful noise. Don't waste ur money.
