I LOVE this tape! My PT showed me how to tape a sore thumb joint after he worked on it. I bought this tape to use as it was healing. It was very effective in taking the the pain away immediately! The tape survives a shower and dries well. I really like that it sticks well but does not leave any "gummy" residue when you pull it off!

This kinesiology tape is strong, flexible, and sticks really well without irritating my skin. I originally bought it for workouts, but I actually use it when I want to go braless too — it gives light lift and support and stays in place all day. One word, ouchy! These suckers stick and will take your flesh off. I opted for these because they we skin colored but man, they dont come off easy. They worked well but left scars on my skin that took a month to go away. But if you are hurting these are resilient!

I am 71 and have plantar fasciitis (bottom of foot) from excessive walking. It got to the point that I could not walk or put any weight on my foot. I bought this out of desperation and it literally solved the problem almost overnight. This particular product is very good quality and reasonably priced compared to other latex tapes. It also comes with very clear instructions on how to apply it for any kind of injury. I highly recommend it for anyone who is physically pushing their limits
