It's very durable, and easy to use. The rubber is soft, and it works excellent on my smooth concrete shop floors. I use it mostly to clean up antifreeze coolant or water on our shop floors and the rugs. At one point I accidentally ran it over with a truck, and it worked fine for a while, but there must have been a hairline crack in the plastic swivel coupler, because it eventually broke off. I couldn't belive how strong it was! That's a lot of abuse. Anyway I called the company, and they said they would ship me the part free of charge. They wouldn't let me pay for the part or even the shipping. They were happy to help me! I will be a lifelong customer! I love their products and customer service.

I actually use this with a wet vacuum and it performs flawlessly. I use the adapters that came with the vacuum and it attaches to the hose perfectly. I use this to clean commercial kitchens and it is able to suck up grease, grime, and food debris. It’s a great buy!
