A truly inspiring, incredible read!
I am not sure where to start, other than what a fantastic read this is! From start to finish, I found it hard to put down. It must be said, that this is not only a story for aspiring musicians, or people living or looking to live in a car!It is a story that will get everyone. Following Nick through the highs and lows of his journey. Nothing is held back, he tells it how it is! A hilariously funny story, a tragic love story sub plot, adventures over europe, a true insight into the music industry.. It has it all!It is evident that Nick is an incredible guitar player. A single search on YouTube, or a listen to his work with his band zippertongue on the album Above all Noise shows this very clearly, but this proves that he is quite the comedian and author too!Nicks passion for his work is unrivaled, and his story truly inspiring! If you are a musician or aspiring musician, who may have fallen out of love with playing or has given up along the way, one read of this man's journey will have you dusting the cobwebs off that guitar! You won't be dissapointed!

Serious Musicians BIble
I was lucky enough to see this guy play (back in the day) and remember thinking how good he was. As a former ' wannabe guitarist' there comes a moment when you know you don't have 'it'. Nick has it. He also has an ability to give you a funny (yet informative) insight in to the dedication it takes to travel wherever this life takes you. Couldn't put it down.

Uplifting
A wonderfully tangled read of a man living his dream and on his own terms. Very touching at times, especially the news about George. Keep doing what you do Nick and I'm going to check out your music too.

This is the funniest book Ive read this year - Ok, given that it is the beginning of January, that may not be great praise!
But honestly this is truly funny, I found myself giggling like an idiot whilst reading the description of some of Nick's foreign toilet antics! However, there is more to this book than just answering to the obvious questions that come to mind when you hear about the man who has chosen to live in his car, and has done so for more than 8 years. This is an honest and heartfelt account of musician Nick Andrews life on the road, his ups, his downs, his philosophy, advice and culinary delights.I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant read, found it hard to put down. A must read for anyone considering living in their car or anyone interested in the touring aspect of the music industry. Nick has a great sense of humour and his personality really shines through in the text. 5 stars!!
