Bpi Sports Best BCAA Shredded Supplement, Fruit Punch

As a late 50s something training hard for an endurance climb and a weights competition, a supplement is very necessary. BPI seems to work. I am able to train for longer and recover quicker . While the flavor is described as 'Fruit Punch'... I am not entirely sure which exact fruits made it into this pack! The flavor is quite bitter and to my palette it tastes like almonds.. not a bad thing in my opinion.

Bought this to help with my Keto shred and I must say I think it benefited me. I got the fruit punch with tasted and mixed well. I think with a low carb diet it helps shift that last bit of stubborn fat.
