I brought this light because it was so hard to see anything in my tank. Setting it up was super easy. The functionality is really good. 1 switch to power on and off. The size is decent but for some may be a little big. It seems to get quite warm after being on for long so I have a fan that blows cool air into my tank. The material seems very durable and long lasting in my opinion. I can’t say enough good things about it. The one I brought fits my 30x30x30 cube perfectly. Anything smaller and I’d recommend the micro canopy. Final thoughts. Money well spent. I almost brought 2

Fits perfectly on the Exo terra mini tall, received with 3 pin English plug which was a surprise as the reviews stated 2 pin plug and I contacted Amazon who said it came with 2 pin plug. Thanks my daughters stick insects will be happy in this

This item is pretty much the best way to provide a diurnal setup for your 30cm wide Exo Terra terraria. It's a fairly well made product, only takes one bulb so you may need to still heat the enclosure via a heat mat, or just think carefully about which sized bulb you want to use.. Personally, I'm using a single daylight bulb rigged to a dimming thermostat set to a specific temp for the basking area, and this is on a timer, with a heat mat providing a lower ambient temperature which stays on all the time (via another thermostat) - Your mileage may vary depending on your own needs (also, it's entirely possible to get one higher-end thermostat to control both heat sources!)

Did exactly as it was intended. Didn't get too warm (it was for a crested gecko, so they don't need too much warmth anyway) and was east to use. Writing in past tense because I sold the whole set up a few years ago.

Permet de mettre une ampoule E27 UV ou non UV, utiliser sur un petit terrarium avec une lampe UV dessus le réflecteur à l'intérieur permet de bien réfléchir la lumière. Par contre au vu du plastique je des conseils d'utiliser une ampoule chauffante. Le produit est de bonne qualité, seul regret la longueur du câble d'alimentation qui est de seulement 1 m !
