At first I thought this useless as sanding sheets did not stay in place, which is true of cheap sanding sheets, however I used some Bosch professional sheets, and they stay on extremely well with no problems. Went back to cheap sheets and they don’t stay in place, so lesson learnt. Don’t use cheap sheets with this pad. Fitted to the pmf180 ok which was pleasing and very good dust extract. As usual, delivery was on time from Amazon.

Honestly, I was surprised by the quality of this one. It's really good and durable. I've had pads from Eubaner Milwaukee before, and another from another reputable company, both of which gave up after one day. It's good.

I've only used this a couple of times but it seems to be better quality than the one that came with my multitool. The metal joining plate is easier to locate than the previous one. So far no sign of wear but at the end of the day, it is plastic and liable to be worn down with abrasion

Great accessory for a great tool - nothing quite like it for sanding in corners and recessed as well as flat surfaces BUT the Velcro type attachment between this pad and the sandpaper doesn’t last. With any degree of serious use it looses grip and the pad becomes useless. It seems the heat generated melts the plastic grips on the pad. It’s expensive to keep repairing so use sparingly and have an alternative plate or orbital sander as well.

Used these a lot and they were ok for sanding in tight corners. However!!! I recently purchased four of these pads with velkcro style hooks to locate the sanding pads onto. , they were definitely Bosch branded and that included the elevated cost. However... I will never buy these ever again. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I only got to sand about one square foot of a skirting board and the sanding pad started to move around on the hooks, this makes them useless and there is no way to remove the fluff that the sand pads deposits on to the nylon hooks. Funny how they stick to the hooks like glue so why don't the sanding pads stick? If you let the hooks get warm when using the pads the nylon Velcro hooks melt and are not fit for purpose. That's why I bought four of them but these new ones are very bad, the pads stay stuck down a lot less than the earlier ones I had. So I am £20 out of pocket. I have a lot of Bosh power tools, some great, some good and some very bad, time for me to look for a new brand the next time that I need to replace something. Bosh. Please note, not all customers only want cheap, many of us will pay more if they are fit for purpose. Happy customers are regular customers !!!!!!!!!

The design of this pad appears to have been improved over the original pad supplied with the tool. The three pointed tips of the pad are now much more flexible than the original, which is much more forgiving when applying pressure into corners etc and not just plain flat sanding. The flexible points also don't appear to have the same tendency to wear away the Velcro hooks as severely. I have marked it down one star purely because the Velcro could be better, however I have found that some non-bosch sanding sheets (Parkside from Lidl) actually stick better than the original Bosch sheeta and are cheaper too. Some people here have complained that the pad is smaller than the sheet. It is smaller because it is supposed to be smaller, otherwise you easily damage the pad. If you need to apply pressure to one edge or point, the sheet can easily be aligned to the pad as required, but for general use the sheet should be centred on the pad with the sheet overhanging the pad slightly all around.

Rispetto alla piastra originale che avevo in dotazione con il GOP 10.8V serie "professional" questo ha una "alzatina", quella cromata per intenderci che distanzia di circa un centimetro in più, poco meno, la piastra dal corpo macchina. Il felcro è buono. Se non efficiente vuol dire che la carta vetrata con ha un buon velcro quindi non dipende dalla piastra dal dal tipo, più o meno buono, della carta vetrata. QUINDI COMPRATE UNA BUONA CARTA VETRATA, anche perché vi durerebbe di più.

Haftung nicht so gut wie bei Makita, aber ausreichend. Auf die Schnelle ok.
