The older I've gotten; the more events of constipation have occurred that has resulted in diverticulitis. Not wanting to worsen this condition; I have been taking probiotics-the higher count the better. I bought stomach armor because of all the rave reviews and it has not failed me yet.I thought I would be a little adventurous and take two because of some GERD issue and WOW. I was not aware that I would have such a large bowel movement. Not to be crass but most people would be surprised at how much fecal matter is in a human colon at any given time. Let's just leave it at that. BUY Stomach Armor!

This was a terrible vitamin. It made my mom have diarrhea every day and not be able to keep anything down as well. As soon as she stopped taking it, all the symptoms went away. Do not recommend.
