Wonder little thing - Works Great and Just what I needed
This works really well in my car to provide internet access to my car's entertainment system (android headunit). Just insert the sim card, adjust a few settings, and it's ready to go. Someone mentioned it didn't work due to the nano sim not fitting correctly into the micro sim part of the device. I had the problem too, but all I had to do was by trial and error move it around until it made the connection. Then I locked the little door and left it alone and it's worked ever since. One particular device I was using was not able to connect to the WiFi signal and I reached out to customer service and received a very prompt reply. So customer service is very good and I'm completely satisfied.

WiFi disappears every time when mobile internet briefly goes down
This 4G LTE USB Modem Dongle is very poorly designed. I was driving with it while it was supposed to be connected to the mobile internet (Mint in US). Laptop would connect to the WiFi, and it would have internet this way, that was the idea. What happened instead: every time when the mobile signal briefly disappeared - WiFi provided by this 4G LTE USB Modem Dongle also disappeared for a long while. WiFi disappearance was for at least a minute. Then lights on the modem were blinking again. It looked like it was rebooting when mobile internet was briefly gone for a few seconds. When WiFi disappears, laptop begins to search for other WiFi networks which is usually slow. What should have been 1-20 seconds outage became 1-2 minute outage because of this long WiFi disappearance. Do not buy this device! Look for other options. I will certainly return it.

My thoughts on the KuWfi modem
This product is a very good choice if your just looking to input a sim card and plug in to your computer and get Internet connection. This device creates a hotspot so all your devices can connect and I feel like the signal you get can be better then most phones. The only downside to this product is if you have a nano sim card you need a extender or if you can position it perfectly your fine as well. Sometimes it doesn't configure the APN but if you needed to figure it out just look it up or insert the sim into your phone to get the APN details. The speed is alright sites load almost instantly. You can not use this for a rouge AP or a captive portal so don't try but overall I think it was money well spent.

Works with TMobile and Tello
Works as described for 4G compatible cellular carriers andbhas reasonable speeds. Be sure to use a 1 ampere or better USB charger (power source). There's no built-in battery.

Apparently not compatible in America
The device did not work with sim cards of various carriers. All it would do was light up; Wifi would connect but not accomplish anything. Entering "192.168.0.1" in the browser to access the controls also did not work, neither on Windows 10 nor on Ubuntu.

Mot here in the USA
Amazon catalog listing said it was for north & south American... I was looking for a mobile Internet solution for my laptop... Slid in the SIM card... The device read it, I could see the card on the device, but connecting to it was impossible.

Not what I believe it to be.
This product is not the verizon mobile 2 go broadband internet that you can take any where money wasted.

One is never sure about this kind of thing - but this one actually works. I've tested it with SIM cards from Rogers and Bell and AT&T. No issues at all. Comes up in about 20 seconds and provides a solid USB-Ethernet connection. Used it with a Windows 10 PC, a Windows 11 Laptop, Raspberry PI 3B, Raspberry PI 4B, and an X86 Linux computer running Ubuntu 22. No issues. Just works seamlessly.

Did not recognize SIM card (Bell). Card itself works fine when installed in other device like a phone or tablet, but not with this this. Returned for refund.

I've been testing this for several months now in my car. I have it setup to provide internet for my Android radio. I keep it in the globe box, the flip/out antenna is closed. Still works with it open/closed, not even sure if it's a functional antenna, because it seems to work just the same opened or closed, which is good for my setup. Connects very quickly to the network (Canada, LTE, Rogers). Setup was incredibly easy. I don't drive this car in the winter so I'll likely take this and keep it with me for my laptop during the winter season. It's practical/handy to have. Worked quite well, fast, no issues/no complaints. Worth the premium it cost to buy. I tried another one that was cheaper, didn't work at all, This... worked out of the box, right away.

Great modem/router but one thing to note that when the antenna is opened the tiny led on top should lite up. I have 2 units and all is good.

Worked as intended with a Rogers Sim Card. I cannot confirm Bell or Telus as I only tried it on Rogers.
