Braviloni Salt and Pepper Glass Grinder Set with Adjustable Ceramic, Brushed Stainless Steel

The Braviloni folks reached out to me when I received a defective mill as part of a set. The vendor (not Braviloni) had been less responsive (return both of them), but in response to my slightly negative review, Braviloni contacted me and set things right. I only needed a new grinder head, but they refunded my entire purchase, enabling me to repurchase the set. Their overall response and replacement was astonishingly fast, given the low price of this item, and considering that I purchased it on Prime Day, at an even lower price! The grinders are stylish, easy to use, and works effectively. I highly recommend them!

The set works great and looks very nice. I had another set that was plastic and really didn't like using plastic. The salt grinder left salt all over my counter and then the grinder mechanism broke after only 6 months. When I saw this set I grabbed it and I've been very pleased so far. I love the glass and stainless - not plastics. The mechanism grinds smoothly and I have no debris on my counter. I use himalayan mineral salt and large black peppercorns and they both grind very well. Excellent product!!

If you are looking for a quality salt and pepper grinder set that you will use regularly, look elsewhere. If you just want a nice piece to display in your kitchen that isn't actually functional, this is not a bad choice for the money. The good: - The design and style is impecible - The glass portion is quality - Before they break, the grinder works well, is easy to adjust, and holds its adjustment well The bad: - The salt mill broke after two months. It did not suffer any trauma such as dropping or dishwashing. After two months a small black ring fell off the bottom of the grinder and into my food. After that, it won't dispense salt at all, regardless of the coarseness set. - The materials of the lid are not as high quality as you would hope. While the pictures show a beautiful stainless steel, that is just a very thin covering over plastic. These feel cheap in your hand. - The lids are not easy too put back on. The way they are engineered requires you to align them just right before they will seat. Each time you go to put the lid in place, you will find yourself stopping everything in your frantic dinner preparation ballet to fuss with the lid until it finally snaps into place. Overall, not a quality item. Don't purchase if you are planning to use them regularly. Not for a serious cook. Destined for the trash.

These are pretty good, they have multiple settings to adjust the size of the salt and pepper and is pretty easy to use. However I have found with salt, eventually no matter what you do the base that holds the screw to adjust will eventually become caked with micro pieces of salt and it becomes almost impossible to turn and adjust. The pepper I have had no issues with as of yet. I would recommend them, just watch whatever one you put salt in and try to keep it clean.

These are nice enough. Definitely economy salt and pepper grinders that are made with inexpensive glass, but certainly serve their purpose, doing so effectively and look decent. They hold a good amount of peppercorns and rock salt. They would make a good, inexpensive gift.
