Great Quality
I bought this whey protein after reading several reviews and deciding it was best for my needs. I had been visiting the gym daily for several weeks and hadn't really noticed a difference and decided I needed to up my protein in order to start seeing a difference. After a couple of weeks on this product I've noticed a slight (only to be expected) difference in my shape, and hope that continuing with this product and my workout schedule that the gains will become more pronounced over the next weeks/months. The flavour is very sweet, but I like to add some blueberries and raspberries to my shake so it takes away some of the sweetness. So far so good.

Cookies & Cream is very sickly sweet!
The product seems of a good quality and handy having all of the creatine etc already added, but the Cookies & Cream flavour is so so sickly sweet it’s hard to drink. I’m not very picky with flavoured things and will drink most, but this is a struggle to get down. I bought 2kgs, so am going to have to look into getting a nutribullet to blend it with bananas, so I can try and tone down the sweetness and not let it go to waste. I think this has the potential to be a great product, if it was only less sweet, so will be trying the chocolate flavour after this in the hope it’s better. Despite the sickly sweetness, it doesn’t have that “proteiny” taste, so this is a good sign for the other flavours.

Just finished training came home and had first shake picked this one YouTube influencer said this is the best highest in everything you need anyway I use unflavoured and add strawberrys Bananas and sea moss and it smells and taste wonderful

Mixes smooth and taste good
Super easy to mix I used oat milk. Taste good sweet but not too sweet. Is it effective who knows!
