Faulty item
I plugged in straight after my collection from amazon locker. All lights are working however it does not heat and automatically turns off. So in general machine does not work. Why is that? I’d ask for return. Thanks

short cable
I think these came from abroad as the plug had to be changed to british 3 pin plug. Therefore when changing presumably they must have cut the cable thus leaving it a bit shorter than normal so you will need a mirror close by when using them

Disappointing
Product was very slow arriving. There was a smell of burning when I plugged it in and it had a two pin plug not suitable for irl and uk sockets. Cable was extremely short also. Disappointing.
