This is a great tasting soy sauce. I would buy it again from that standpoint. I was searching for yet another lower sodium soy sauce. Since I love soy sauce but traditionally it has a stupid amount of sodium, I have cut back on my use of it. But I am always on the look out for something better. Going into Asian stores opens up a dizzying selection but the poor English translations usually contributes to it difficult choice to make. But Amazon has labels you can read and understand. The bottles do have a draw back that I don’t like but can live with: instead of being dispensed in small quantities as you shake the bottle, you a tablespoon sized “glug” that rushes out. However once you are aware that this can happen it is easy to be careful when using it. I definitely plan to buy this again.

I'm somewhat of a soy sauce coinsure. This is by far the best low sodium soy sauce I've had. Really good flavor without being a complete salt bomb. Couldn't ask for more :)

I was looking for the lowest sodium soy sauce I could find and this fits the bill, without sacrificing taste! All the other "low-sodium" soy sauces are still quite high in sodium with 575-600 mg per Tb compared to 200mg in this product. The main negative is the price point.

As a person who enjoys low sodium soy sauce but has a medical need to keep sodium to a minimum, I have been trying to find a good low sodium option. A facebook group suggested this product initially and my family decided to try it. It's SO GOOD!! Even better than the low sodium soy in the green topped bottle from that other famous company. Definitely will be a staple in our house.

I'm on a low sodium diet for health reasons, and this soy sauce is the lowest that I have been able to find, at 200mg per TBS. AND it tastes great! It's a big bottle, so I find it worth the price. It also came packaged in a styrofoam box so zero chance of breaking during shipping. With NPG, I can finally have a little soy sauce with my sushi again, and I am learning to make my own fried rice and lo mein!
