Did not work for HP Envy x360
My laptop fit into the case just fine, but the notches (circled in the picture) didn’t hook onto my laptop. They don’t protrude out enough to latch, so as a result, the case just falls off anytime I lifted my laptop off the table.

Durable
protective and does not move out of place. i have had this protector on my laptop for the past 2 years and i have no complaints. it does what it needs to and is not ugly. i got clear.

It is okay
First of all, it was very hard to find a computer case that fit my computer. This one does alright. The top piece fits well but the bottom isn't the right size. It is just a smidgen too big so it slides around and pops off the computer. I can't use the tablet function of my laptop with the case on which is annoying, but not the end of the world. It its perfect for someone who likes to put stickers on their laptop, and it isn't bulky, but it's just an okay case. I'd say buy it because there aren't many other choices.

Perfect for my HP Envy model
When I got my HP Envy last year, I was looking for a hard case for it on Amazon and other places, but I couldn't find one. On a whim, I decided to look again on Amazon for my particular model series, and I found it! There were only 3 colors left available for me to chose from, and I didn't like any of them at first. I decided on the red color since my mouse is red and black. It fit like a dream! It makes my laptop pop! It's not like I lose my laptop very often, nor to I mistake my laptop with my husband's, but it does look like it will keep my cover and bottom clean and scratch free. I'm happy that I was able to find one that fits. A word of caution if you're looking for a hard case to protect your HP laptop: Know your model number and follow it to the letter before choosing one for your laptop. One of the major causes of returned cases is that it wasn't the right model and the case didn't fit.
