This massager is very compact and convenient, with matching straps of different lengths that can be applied to many parts of the body. I use this device on my legs and it doesn't bother me when I use it and I can walk normally. Then the red light therapy and massage are two different buttons and the massage has three levels. And it can also be used for about a couple hours after simply charging it for about half an hour (not all the time, used it intermittently). Surprisingly, there is a matching plug in addition to the matching charging cable, which is also kind of convenient. The packaging was also very good, no breakage whatsoever.

The husband used this device for thirty minutes at a time. Post operation pain and rehab is made easier with Red light therapy. Easy to use place device over sore muscles and after a few minutes you forget that it is vibrating. Alleviates pain quickly, a great value for the money. Place on any sore muscles.

I work where I stand on cement for 8 hrs a day on a badly healed sprained ankle. I started wearing this device while I get ready in the morning and then when I get home, skip a few days and do it again . I have noticed less and less swelling, pain and numbness is subsiding.i will continue to use this with great hope of being healed. I will update ina few months with more long term results

This little guy is nice and powerful it is great to target specific areas of pain. My husband has scoliosis bad and this helps tremendously with his back pain

This is a nice, portable unit for some light massage and red light therapy. The massage is more suitable for more bony areas like the wrist, since the force is quite light, even with the strap tightened. So you won't feel much when put around an area like the upper arms, where there is more muscle. But it will still be useful for the red light therapy. An extra bit of strap is included for thicker areas, like your thigh.. One flaw would be that you can't charge it while the silicone gasket is attached, which is kind of inconvenient since it's a bit tight to remove and re-apply. Other than that, it's a handy way to get some massage and red light on the go.

Great product and really helps with pain in the area you place it on. Very thankful I received this product.

I was hoping this would help with joint pain but it got about as warm as a flashlight which might work on others or someone with a smaller leg. I could barely feel the vibrations. This came packaged nicely.
