Happy little read
... Well not really a little read at just over 400 pages but still... I enjoyed this book. It has a nice story, is sweetly written and I loved both Rhett and Summer.

Glad I've read it! Great read
I wanted to read this as I had seen the hype about it and I’m glad I did. It was very easy to get into and I didn’t want to put it down. I enjoyed the writing style, the characters and the plot. The relationship of the two main characters came across as organic and progressed at a good pace rather than being dragged out and their chemistry was palpable. I loved the insight into the world of professional bull riding as I didn’t know much about it and would have loved to have had more of that. Overall, an enjoyable easy read!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Summer and Rhett are adorable, I love their gentle banter and the development of their relationship - overall their story is absorbing and tender. Rhett is wonderfully protective and affectionate and Summer is able to let down her guard and truly be herself with him. Summer is kind and empathetic - she sees what is going on behind the facade of bravado that Rhett displays. She is compassionate and sensitive and recognises the emotional pain that Rhett tries to hide from the world. The secondary characters are loveable (I hope to encounter them in future books of this series) with the exception of Summer’s step-mother, Miranda, half-sister, Winter and the disgusting Rob. For me, some of the bedroom games and sexual phrases are too graphic; however, I just skipped through them when they got too much. The book is well written and the flow and timing are excellent. The conversations are believable - I particularly enjoyed the text messages at the beginning of most chapters, and the free epilogue (seven years on) was the icing on the cake. It’s the first time I’ve read a book written by Elsie Silver and I’m looking forward to reading Cade and Willa’s story next.

I’m in my cowboy era!
“Careful. Your dad told me to keep my hands off you.”“Yeah, well, he didn’t tell me to keep my hands off you.”This series has set me well and truly into my cowboy era and I am here for it.This book was so much fun, it had all the tension, the forced proximity, the one bed trope, it was such a nice fluffy romance and it has hit my reading mood perfectly. I read this in pretty much one sitting and really enjoyed it.Summer and Rhett were both really loveable and relatable. I enjoyed watching them fall for each other, loved the tension of the forbidden romance but thrown together at every point. I took me a little longer to warm to Rhett at that start but he definitely redeemed himself for me. I loved Summer so much, she’s had a lot of bad in her life, she needed some good.I loved the bull riding aspect as it was one of my first cowboy books it was really interesting even if I didn’t have much idea what was going on during the bull rides.I really enjoyed Elsie’s writing style, it’s so easy to read and I am really excited for the next books x

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ [5/5]Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ ½ [4.5/5]📌You’ll dig this if you like» Enemies to lovers» Cowboys» Grumpy x sunshine» Cinnamon rolls» Forced proximity📌What stood out» Rhett would raze the world to protect Summer if he needed to.» Rhett’s father loves Summer immediately, and his brothers heed her. Even Cade, who admits he likes that she doesn’t take any of their 💩» Summer doesn’t suffer fools gladly and more than holds her own with Rhett and his brothers.Rhett Eaton is a professional bull rider nearing the end of his career when he makes statements which are unknowingly recorded and he decks a paparazzi who tells him he owes his fans an apology.Rhett’s agent is Summer Hamilton’s father, and he tasks her with ‘babysitting’ Rhett to keep him out of trouble for the rest of the season. He has one rule: stay out of his daughter’s pants. The problem is that Rhett’s Wrangler ads were the wallpaper of her teenage bedroom, and she struggles to maintain professional boundaries. Now Rhett and Summer are living and traveling together, and the more time they spend with each other, the more difficult it is to deny their feelings.Flawless was a solid read and I struggled to put it down. I’m glad I saved it for a holiday read because I devoured it in two afternoons. I guess I'm into cowboy romances now.
I guess I'm into cowboy romances now. This book has small town, grumpy x sunshine, city girl x small town boy, dislike to friends to lovers, childhood crush, forced proximity, one bed, and apparently... whipped cream.Professional bull rider Rhett finds himself in PR trouble with his sponsors thanks to his distaste in milk! Summer, a recent graduate who currently works for her father's agency, is assigned to supervise Rhett over the next two months to help him manage his reputation. Rhett has two rules: keep his hands off his agent's daughter and stay out of trouble. What more could go wrong with these two? Other than the fact that Summer had a crush on him as a teenager...I appreciated the relationship that developed between Rhett and Summer: the hot moments, the sweet moments, the funny moments, and even the vulnerable moments. They were supportive of each other as individuals while unfolding their beautiful loving relationship. While Rhett's family wasn't supportive of his career, it was Summer who provided that support and encouragement along the way. They have amazing chemistry and the banter is all around fantastic. My favorite parts were the little text messages in the beginning of each chapter!"If these were your last moments, would you go happy?"Summer was such a beautifully written character. She had been through a lot in her life and it was great to see her overcome those obstacles in the past and put herself first. Her relationship with her dad was so wholesome. She was fierce, loyal, and saw through Rhett's BS. How can one not love her?"I am not possessive. I am protective. And I'll never stop protecting you."After peeling layers off Rhett's cocky and charming facade, we see him as an insecure and vulnerable who had no idea what he plans to do as his career is coming to an end. I loved that he was able to show his sensitive side to Summer. He was protective, sweet, and romantic in his own way. I'm still not over the words that came out of his mouth! I adored the Eatons, especially Cade and his never-ending scowls! This was my first Elsie Silver book and I immediately jumped into Heartless right after. I plan to read her Gold Rush Ranch series soon!

A Quick short read!
The books is a nice, short read. However, it is not very difficult to decipher what happens next. however, the book does have a few twists and turns.
