When I received my truffle shaver, the quality of the product becomes apparent and it is worth spending the little bit more than other shavers on Amazon. It shaved my black truffles beautifully from super thin to a slightly chunkier thickness. All this is done via the screw adjustment attached. The wooden handle which I believe is rosewood feels lovely and is very comfortable to hold. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to using it on other items like vegetables and also cheese.

Perfect to make the most of your truffles!
I ummed and ahhed about buying this but based on the very good reviews decided to make the splurge. This was perfect for shaving my truffle!The truffle slicer arrived with the blade “closed”, you just have turn the knob counter clockwise to open it to the thickness you like- i tested it on a cucumber first.I am so happy with this purchase!

Great tool for delicious truffle
Good packaging and delivery. Used this on white truffle and the result was excellent, very finely sliced truffle. Looks attractive too.
