You Should Have Told Me

Great for new moms, great for thriller lovers, great for anyone!!
This was quite the twisty domestic thriller! Any new mom (or old mom) will enjoy how the author captured the complexities of motherhood, all the while challenging the perception of what husbands and wives know about each other. This started off with main character, Janie, as a new mom of baby Freya. Her partner, Max, is faithful and attentive...until one night he just disappears in the night. The people closest in her life aren't shocked, but when it's found that a murder happened not far from their home, Janie and her close circle hold their breaths and fear for the worst.I definitely don't want to give away all the juicy plot turning, but I will say it was a great ride...one that had no plot holes (which was great, because I always hate it when things don't make sense). It wrapped everything up nicely, too, so the people you wanted to hate didn't turn out to be so despised in the end.Anyhow, a great read for moms. A great read for thriller enthusiasts. Just a great read all together!

YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME
The first 300 pages deals to much about changing diapers and breast feeding. Towards the end of the book it gets a bit better. Unfortunately it really was'nt much of a thriller - sorry
