Got what I needed accomplished!
So I used these one time before with terrible results. (Bc I wanted to lose some weight I thought was water.. & it was not water so I just got dehydrated 🤦🏼♀️😂) BUT this time, I knew it was water weight. And I used these as I recited before a wedding I was in, & lost 5lbs in a matter of days. Felt confident and comfortable in my dress I didn’t think I was going to be able to wear. 🤍 Drink lots of water as directed and if you start feeling bad or you’re not peeing a lot, don’t push it. Dehydrated on a beach vacation was no fun but I’m glad I did give it a shot this time.
