I try 4 models of Phomemo all off them disappointed me except this beauty M04S… great quality 300dpi which is the highest for photo quality also text and other documents.

Great compact thermal paper with wide paper width, in-between with desktop laser printers, for quick prints.

Requires full access to contact data, call history, GPS, etc, refuses to work otherwise.

The Phomemo printer is amazing! It’s so portable and compact, making it super easy to carry around. The thermal printing means no ink or toner, which saves a lot on costs. The print quality is pretty good, especially for black and white images, notes, and labels. The app is easy to use with lots of customization options, and it works on both Android and iOS. Plus, the battery lasts a good amount of time, so you don’t have to recharge it constantly. Overall, the Phomemo is such a good choice for quick, convenient printing on the go!

Setting up the device in the Phomemo app was very easy, simply turned on the printer and clicked to allow access to Bluetooth when the new device was recognized nearby. Printing images, text and even the pre made content in the app is very easy. Maneuvering photos and using the few editing features are simple and neat. I have an iPhone so if I put my photos into albums first, since I have thousands, made that easier to find my pictures. I love how the M04S printer looks and feels. It fits well in my crafting box and so portable. I use this mainly for my bullet journaling but I also use it to print photos my kids take because there’s no ink required! Because it has a USB C charging port, it’s already easy to charge because we have so many of those cables around our home, and surprisingly it charges quickly! It shows a flashing green light when charging and turns off when it’s done. I honestly love this little printer, the fact you can print three different width thermal paper is incredible. The photos show the paper in the middle, really it’s on the side. Either way this thing works and is worth the money to have. It will last me a long long time! Customer service has also been incredible. I’m impressed with how responsive they are and the messages show they care about their product and customers. Thank you Phomemo for making a product that really supports my craftiness! ❤️ I still have the TS02(?) the smaller teal colored thermal printer from Phomemo and I thought that one was awesome, this was a huge upgrade well worth it!

A brilliant little thermal printer that is ideal for travelling with because of its small size. I do a lot of thermal print photography as I love the low fidelity quality, in a world of HD there is something beautiful to me about the graininess of thermal prints. I have a collection of thermal print cameras but they only print 5cm pictures. I bought this for its ability to print 5cm, 8cm and 11cm prints. The quality of prints is very good, obviously smaller prints are less grainy but I like the graininess. It only prints in black and white because it’s a thermal printer but again for me this is the appeal of thermal prints. It connects easily via Bluetooth and the app is packed with some really neat feature's. It will connect to all iOS and android devices, I have a Wi-Fi camera which I use for street photography and connect to my iPad to share my pictures, edit them and then connect this printer to my iPad to print them. Works brilliantly for me and I’ve produced some beautiful prints on my travels. You can use any brand of roll thermal paper but Phomemo’s paper seems to be the best quality I’ve tried so far. The only thing I wish I could do that this printer cannot do is print a custom size other than the set 5cm, 8cm or 11cm size options. I would really love a 9cm option or 9.5cm maybe but that’s a very small quibble and other than that I love it and get so much use out of it.

The printer itself is wonderful however you need a very specific charger to charge this thing. Please read till the end. The printer worked for as long as it had the original charge. Then it stopped working. I charged it using multiple different cables, chargers, adapters and outlets: still no power. Dead like a brick. I contact Phomemo support and they advised i need to charge using a 5V-2A rated charger adapter. This is a very, very specific rating. No phone or regular device comes with this head. I forked out extra money to get this head from Amazon to see if this solution worked. It did. My device is working again, but this ordeal was torture. If this device needs such a specific charger adapter it should be included with the device.
