Very easy to use and does the job.

This gadget has been a complete game changer in our kitchen. It is AMAZING. I have got a Repetitive Strain Injury in my left hand and wrist caused by having to open 16 tins of cat food every day!!!! This product is an absolute god send. It has made my life much much easier now and opens 9 out of 10 of our cat food tins. If you buy one thing for your kitchen, then buy this...you will NOT REGRET IT. It also removes the outside rim of the cans making it so much easier to empty ALL the food out and makes cleaning it for recycling also easier. It is excellent value for money.

Very Good It really is easy to use. No worries about cutting yourself as the cutter is hidden away Its quick and best of all Its Electric, so fast and clean. I just bought this second one for my Granddaughter.

Excuse the pun… it does exactly what it says on the tin! JML - it just works. Neat, clean, white electric can opener that is magnetic on top so you just place on top of the can you wish to open and it slides itself into place. Press the button and watch the magic. It moves itself around the tin unaided in a full circle and when it gets back to the start you just repress the button to stop it. It lifts off the tin leaving the tin looking like nothing has happened. The opener once used has no signs of food so only needs a wipe over and back into the drawer. Going back to the tin can, it looks like it is completely in tact but in fact a smooth, neat cut has completely removed the lid which then lifts off easily with NO sharp edges. You could run your tongue around the edge and it wouldn’t get cut. So good I ordered a second one for my mum’s Christmas stocking (she’s in her 80s and going to love it!). It works with dented tins, tins with ring pulls on top and best yet, for the corned beef square tin that has the tool missing. I’m now actively looking for more challenges for it. The only downside - I can only give it 5 stars.

Bought this because I have now got arthritis in my hands and thought this would make my life easier. It is useful for most cans but utterly hopeless for opening Fray Bentos tins which is of course what I struggle with. My hubby loves the Fray Bentos pies but they are a nightmare to open. 😡 Unfortunately for me, they still are. Very disappointing! It also does not automatically stop!

Best can opener ever. Totally hands free with no sharp edges. Have just opened those pesky ham tins with key. Easy peas Not much bigger than conventional can opener and great value for money. Quick wipe and it's clean. Highly recommend

It rotates very nicely. That's where its abilities end. I bought it as a gift for a relative who couldn't quite get it to grip. No problem. I easily got it to hold onto the tin and it got to 'work'. I use the term loosely, because after going round the tin edge, it hadn't even dented the top. It had however scratched the label, just to show what it could do if it really wanted. I switched it on again with the same result. Third time round I let it go round a couple of times but it still couldn't make any headway. I'd suggest that, if you really want to buy this, that you also invest in a small skating figurine and a copy of the Blue Danube Waltz. That way, you can glue the figurine to the opener and watch it skating around beautifully and gracefully.
