Not good, not bad, just average.
This is not a negative review, but I can't give it a positive review either. The product handles more like a toy, rather than a precision tool. Everything feels and acts like plastic on plastic, nothing is precise, despite the millimeter markings on it.The knobs are way too small to adjust motion in millimeters. It's fine for very close-in work, but at any distances over 20-30 feet, a micro-adjustment on the Huepar Fine Adjustment tool translates to several inches of laser movement at a time. This tool is best fit to users who are working on tile in small rooms, or to hang photos on walls, but certainly not on an industrial or commercial jobsite. It's not a bad tool, just not for commercial work.

a lot of plastic
bought this to allow fine tuning for my bosch laser level. the height adjustment has a lock on it, the other adjustments do not, but they don't have to fight gravity. immediate problem is that where the level mounts to this it is a little loose. i set this up and attached it to my bosch pole. while trying it out the looseness allowed the out-of-level alert to beep some.this was purchased to assist with my tiling jobs. we'll see if it works and/or lasts.

Very light duty
It’s okay, the fine adjustments are tough since it’s a flimsy plastic. You have to lock the vertical adjustment otherwise it will just roll down on its own. I was expecting a bit better but for the price it may be worth it. I would go with a bit more sturdy, heavier unit next time.
