It works very well and I use it most for doing hip thrusts. It does the job.

There is no strap to this product... So it will always keep its mouth open

The product works as intended which is the best thing considering people who are looking for this have a very specific use case. Have been using it for 100kg squats and 100kg hip thrusts with a small towel added on to the roll. Has helped alleviate any pain in the groin region and legs due to the rods weight. Has held up it's quality so far (~3 weeks of use). The foam feels like it will hold up for good usage.
