Excellent quality

The product works as intended which is the best thing considering people who are looking for this have a very specific use case. Have been using it for 100kg squats and 100kg hip thrusts with a small towel added on to the roll. Has helped alleviate any pain in the groin region and legs due to the rods weight. Has held up it's quality so far (~3 weeks of use). The foam feels like it will hold up for good usage.

Not an Ideal for Front squats 😕.
